UNWTO and the Government of the Republic of San Marino will jointly organize the 1st UNWTO Conference on Accessible Tourism in Europe scheduled to take place in San Marino on 19-20 November 2014.
The objective of this Conference is to raise awareness of the importance of ensuring access to tourism for all by reducing physical and attitudinal barriers.
The Conference will feature and discuss good practices of universal accessibility in a wide-range of tourism destinations in Europe, with a special focus on heritage cities, policy framework and concrete strategic actions aimed at making accessible tourism a reality.
The Conference will take place at Kursaal Congress Centre, Viale J.F. Kennedy, 17 - 47890 San Marino (Republic of San Marino)
